While our package covers most aspects of your trip, there are some additional costs to be aware of, particularly for those participating in Carnival, including costumes and tickets to Carnival events.
Carnival
A public festival featuring music and dancing in the streets. The first Bahamas Junkanoo Carnival took place in 2015, though the Junkanoo celebration has ancient, mysterious origins. In the Caribbean, carnival is a vibrant cultural event that unites the islands in a swirl of colour, music, and festivities. Highly anticipated by locals and tourists, it includes parades, street parties, and circus-like entertainment, with elaborate costumes and masks fostering social unity.
